I had the idea when I was eating the violet cassava, probably cassava could substitute potato as bread emulsifier. And I made it, the bread was soft. My son would'nt stop eating them.

Got the idea of making this bread chiffon on Chiffon Week when I woke up in the middle of my sleep. I always love bread cake,, but rarely taste or find them around. I think it's better if I combine the bread with regular baking time cake rather than chiffon cake, so the bread won't overbake.
