Cara menggunakan:
Setelah telur direbus, tunggu kira-kira 1 menit supaya tidak terlalu panas, lalu kupas. Masukkan ke cetakan, tutup rapat. Rendam dalam air dingin kurang lebih 10 menit. Buka cetakan, siap untuk dihidangkan.

Cheese Button

Cheese button means a combination between kaastengels and sagu keju, plus sweet taste of icing on top. I should have brushed more icing to strengthen the sweet taste of it.

Bean Cake

 
First time me with steamed buttercream and frozen buttercream transfer. Look at the difference between the original picture and my buttercream transfer on first try. Haha, my mistake, really....The one on the cake was the second try.

Made of shrimps, bengkuang, and covered with shredded dumpling skin.

Princess Cake


Finally, on my niece's birthday, I made this mini princess cake, just to fulfill my curiosity after seeing so many NCC members' awesome creations. What looks easy in my mind, turned out difficult to be done, especially MAKING THINGS NEAT. The princess looks waistless because of my mistake, :). After all, I'm so happy I did it.

It's called Donat ala J.CO since the recipe use "Komachi flour", special flour for making bread and donut. No potato used in the recipe, the result is soft, yummy.

I've made progression in making this meat bun so far, practise makes perfect. Although I've seen 'shaping meat bun' tutorial (you can find them here, here, here, and here), but still finding it hard to do. One more pending task : shaping beautiful bun!

Bread Chiffon

Got the idea of making this bread chiffon on Chiffon Week when I woke up in the middle of my sleep. I always love bread cake,, but rarely taste or find them around. I think it's better if I combine the bread with regular baking time cake rather than chiffon cake, so the bread won't overbake.

Macaron



I was curious when almost everybody on NCC (well, that's overreacting:) ) making this macaron. Sexy looks, sweet flavour, of course. Its foot isn't tall enough as it should be, probably because over dry time. I had an unexpected relative visit at that time, that's why. Well, not bad for first try, I'm quite satisfied with the result. The sweet flavour's not in my favorite list, but there will be next try.

Triple Choco Coffee Cake

My hubby birthday cake, terdiri dari 3 lapis sponge cake coklat disiram air kopi dan dilapis ganache coklat. Bunga mawarnya dari chocolate modeling. Karena ga punya stok almond bubuk dan ga disiram caramel, ini namanya perkawinan antara Opera Cake dan Triple Choco Caramel Cake. Hmmmmmh, ga gampang juga bikinnya, tapi lumayan lah puas juga. Practise makes perfect, right?!

Cake coklat berlapis, filling vla vanilla. My hubby suka ama cake ini. Lapisan2nya itu yang bikin penampilan jadi cantik, tapi moles fillingnya jangan ketebalan, nti cakenya lari2 :)

Choux





Choux (French) artinya 'Kue Sus' dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Choux yang benar adalah yang kulitnya tetap kokoh setelah dingin. Ceritanya bikin 2 versi : filling vla, dan filling cream ala Soes Merdeka. Entah pakai rum apa mereka, yang jelas aku pakai rum Toffieco udah banyak banget, tapi ga se'strong' creamnya Soes Merdeka.
